FAQs

  • No. We love weddings and family gatherings, however, our ministry focus is to provide a calm, restful, healing environment for individual and group spiritual retreats.

  • Up to 25 guests. The Main House sleeps 20, the Guest Cottage 2, and the White Cottage 3.

  • Yes. All multi-night lodging comes with made beds and bath towels.

  • No, we currently do not. Guests may provide their own meals using our fully stocked kitchens (pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc..). If catering and meal delivery is desired, we are happy to provide local suggestions.

  • Overnight retreats
    3-5pm check-in and 11am check-out.

    Single-day retreats
    8am check-in and 8pm check-out


    If you need to arrive earlier or depart later, please let us know and we will do our best to work around your itinerary.

  • Up to 50 guests in the pavilion or chapel.

  • YES. Every 4th Friday we offer a time of guided retreat and solitude. In addition to group prayer and Lectio Divina (meditation on Holy Scripture) the retreat features teaching and discussion.

    Retreat schedule
    • 8.30-9am (optional) Enjoy a cup of coffee/tea with us and settle in.
    • 9am-1pm. Guided group retreat in the chapel.
    • 1pm-sundown. The grounds and common spaces will remain open for personal (self-guided) retreat.

    No cost. Please bring your own snack/lunch, if desired.

  • No. This is a spiritual retreat, which offers a quiet setting for rest, reflection, prayer, and renewal. We would be happy to recommend nearby camps or state parks.

  • 3 months prior to the reservation date for individual Main House rooms, 9 months prior for all other rental options .

  • It varies. Visit our Rules & Policies page.

  • No. While enjoying the good gifts of God including tobacco, beer & wine has its place, we ask guests not to bring these onto the retreat property.

  • YES! We highly encourage guests to refill their water bottles from the many faucets found throughout the property. Our well water is drawn from the Floridian Aquifer, is safe to drink, and has a pleasant taste.

  • No. To help guests disengage from the usual rhythms of our busy lives, we do not provide WIFI or television. There is strong cell reception on the property if needed for emergencies.

  • Yes. We currently have 2 one-person kayaks along with lifejackets and oars. These are available for guests, so help yourself! Please contact Micah for details and safety tips

  • Yes. A firepit is available for guests next to the pavilion. Thanks to a wonderful group of volunteers, we usually provide chopped wood. Please contact Micah if you would like to make a fire.

  • It depends. Dogs on a leash are welcome outdoors during daylight hours. Pets are not allowed indoors or on the property overnight except certified service animals.

  • Yes, by appointment only. To schedule a visit simply email us. Whether a stroll through the woods, some reflective time on a bench, or simply enjoying sun on the dock, we welcome individual visitors and small groups (2-4 persons) to enjoy the property at no cost when larger retreats are not taking place.

  • No. While we are a Christian retreat, we gladly welcome seekers of all faiths and traditions.
