General Property Rules

• No alcohol or tobacco

• No pets indoors or on property overnight except ADA trained service animals

• Retreatants may not exceed number specified for each facility option. (see each lodging option for details)

Payment Policy

Individuals & Day-Time Groups:

• Full payment due at the time of booking.

Overnight Groups:

• $250 deposit (non-refundable) due at the time of booking, remaining balance due 60 days before arrival.

• A pre-authorized damage deposit of USD 250.00 is due 1 days before arrival and released 3 days after departure.

Cancellation Policy

Individuals & Day-Time Groups:

• 100% refundable if canceled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled or rescheduled after.

Overnight Groups:

• $250 deposit non-refundable. Remaining balance (if paid in advance) fully refundable if canceled or rescheduled 60 days before arrival. 0% refundable if canceled or rescheduled after.
